Get to Know the Team at Femminineo Law

When you’re injured, the world turns fast. Doctors. Insurance calls. Unanswered questions. At Femminineo Law, you’ll meet a team that moves just as fast. Because we understand how every minute matters.

Founded on Michigan values and deep local roots, our firm is built around one truth: someone has to stand up when things go wrong and we choose to be that someone. We don’t just see cases. We see people. We hear stories. We pick fights that matter. And we win them.

Here’s how we do it:

Personal attention that never goes away.

Our clients aren’t files. They’re people. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact. You’ll hear from our team. You won’t be pushed aside.

Strategic muscle in every case.

From complex crashes to subtle medical errors, our work is meticulous. We handle every document, gather every fact, and build your case like we plan to win at trial because often we do.

A culture of care.

Michigan roads. Michigan families. Michigan homes. We fight for justice here not somewhere else. Our team includes investigators, analysts, and client‑care specialists who know how to combine toughness with compassion.

We’re proud to say we’ve recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for injured clients throughout the state.

But we’re even more proud of the difference it’s made. Lives have been restored and hope renewed. If you need a team that treats your injury like it matters, because it does, click below to meet the attorneys and staff who will stand with you every step of the way.

David C. Femminineo

David C. Femminineo

Founder. Fighter. Advocate.

For David, every case is personal. Raised in the halls of his father’s East Detroit law firm, David learned early that real justice isn’t won with volume. It’s earned with heart, focus, and follow-through. When his father passed unexpectedly, David carried that legacy forward, building what is now Femminineo Law into one of Michigan’s most trusted personal injury firms.

Over the past 25+ years, David has recovered hundreds of millions for clients injured in crashes, falls, and medical failures. But it’s not just about the numbers. It’s about the people behind them. The families who lost income, lost mobility, or lost someone they love. David fights for them like they’re his own.

He’s known for being direct, deeply prepared, and relentless when it counts. But more than that, he’s known for showing up; for returning calls, taking time, and making sure every client feels seen.

Outside the courtroom, David is a proud husband and father of four. His happiest moments are on the sidelines of a soccer field or out on the water in Northern Michigan, surrounded by family and calm. It’s that same sense of care and commitment he brings to every case.

Because when your world turns upside down, you don’t need just a lawyer. You need someone who takes it personally.
