Bartosz (“Bart”) Kmiec has been an attorney at Femminineo Law for two years and counting. Bart exemplifies what it means to put your clients first as a personal injury lawyer. He is dedicated not only to securing financial compensation, but also helping his clients restore normalcy to their lives. Specializing in pre-suit investigations, negotiations, and personal injury litigation, Bart is highly skilled and ready to advocate for victims of dog bites, auto accidents, and slip-and-fall injuries.
Bart graduated with a double major in French and Spanish studies from Wayne State University in 2003 and earned his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2007. While in law school, Bart was a law clerk at the Michigan Tax Tribunal where he assisted tribunal judges at administrative hearings and conducted research projects involving property tax controversies.
Bart’s professional background includes nearly eight years in defense litigation for a national insurance carrier, along with extensive experience representing plaintiffs. During this time, he gained valuable insight into the No-Fault Act and the requirements for the prompt payment of insurance claims. He is also a proud member of the Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ).
Outside the office, Bart is a devoted husband and father. When he isn’t traveling to his children’s sporting events, he enjoys volunteering at his church and planning trips to new and exciting destinations.
