Bartosz A. Kmiec

Bartosz A. “Bart” Kmiec is a Michigan personal injury attorney who represents clients injured in dog bites, auto accidents, and slip-and-fall incidents. He focuses on securing full financial compensation while helping clients regain stability after an injury.

Bart manages cases from pre-suit investigation through litigation and settlement negotiations. He has practiced law since 2007 and joined Femminineo Law in 2023. His prior experience in defense litigation for a national insurance carrier gives him practical insight into Michigan’s No-Fault system and insurance company strategy.

Outside the office, Bart is a devoted husband and father. When he isn’t traveling to his children’s sporting events, he enjoys volunteering at his church and planning trips to new and exciting destinations.
