David C. Femminineo
Founder & Personal Injury Attorney
David C. Femminineo is a Michigan personal injury attorney who represents individuals and families injured in car accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, and serious negligence cases. When someone’s life changes in a single moment, David steps in to handle the insurance companies, the legal pressure, and the fight for full financial compensation.
His preparation and his willingness to stand up to big insurance, has helped him recover hundreds of millions of dollars for injured clients across Michigan. But what sets David apart isn’t just results. It’s access. When clients call, they talk to him. He believes personal injury law should still feel personal.
David has practiced law since 1998 and founded Femminineo Law in 2002, building the firm on the same values he learned growing up in his father’s East Detroit law office. He’s known for being direct, deeply prepared, and relentless when it counts. But more than that, he’s known for showing up, for returning calls, taking time, and making sure every client feels seen.
When he’s not in the office, David is usually on the sidelines of one of the kids’ sporting events, around the kitchen table with his family, or up north near the water. Northern Michigan is his reset button. Time with his wife and four kids matters most to him and that instinct to protect and show up for the people he loves is the same one he brings to his clients.
