Attorney Bart Kmiec graduated from Wayne State University with a double major in French and Spanish Studies and then went on to earn his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While in law school, Bart was a law clerk at the Michigan Tax Tribunal where he assisted tribunal judges at administrative hearings and performed research projects involving property tax controversies.

Bart joined Femminineo Law in 2023 after many years representing a large national insurance carrier. During his time representing the insurance company, Bart gained valuable insight into the No Fault Act and what is required for the prompt payment of insurance claims.

At Femminineo Law, Bart will primarily handle auto negligence claims, no fault claims, general negligence, dog bites and premises claims. He is both compassionate and empathetic to his clients needs and determined to achieve maximum compensation. Bart’s extensive experience and vast knowledge of injury law will certainly benefit all of our clients and be extraordinarily impactful to the result of every case.

In his free time, Bart enjoys spending time with his wife, Monika, and their four children at home, at the hockey rink and at gymnastics events.
